Sleepfactor is a mobile app that links your daily habits with sleep data so you can see what helps or hurts your rest.
Why I built Sleepfactor
In late 2025 I was getting very little deep sleep and waking up tired almost every day. I wanted to know why, not just read generic advice, but see what I was actually doing day to day.
I started tracking my habits in a spreadsheet: caffeine, exercise, supplements, bedtime, and whatever else might matter. I compared that with my sleep data and looked for patterns. It worked, but it was slow and fiddly. I kept thinking an app built for this would be faster: quick daily logging, sleep sync from my wearable, and clear links between habits and sleep.
That is how Sleepfactor started. A tool I wanted for myself, now built for anyone who is tired of guessing why they are not sleeping well.
Our mission
Sleepfactor helps you see the link between your daily habits and your sleep. Log what you do, compare it with your sleep, and spot what helps or hurts your rest so you can make small changes that add up.
What we do
Sleepfactor is a mobile app that lets you:
- Log habits: track caffeine, exercise, screen time, bedtime, and more so you have a clear record of each day.
- Sync sleep: connect Apple Health or Google Health Connect so your sleep stays in one place, private to you.
- See what matters: view how habits relate to your sleep over time. The Correlation Engine shows which habits tend to go with better or worse sleep.
Who we are
Sleepfactor is built by a small, focused team. We are not a big company. We are building something we would use ourselves: simple, clear, and respectful of your data.
